My #1 Breakfast

I just may eat this breakfast everyday for the rest of my life. No joke.


I am on about an 8 year run or so and I don't plan to change it any time soon.


Oatmeal and eggs have got to be the simplest, wholesome way to start the day. These whole-food ingredients that are both cost effective, at about $1 per serving, and easy to prepare make it a no-brainer.


The one thing I do switch up is the seasoning. Sometimes I go for the savory, somedays plain, and every now and then I scramble up the eggs with cinnamon and mix them right into the oats. So. Stinking. Good.


The five minutes it takes to make this each morning is so worth it to give my body what it needs to attack the day.
